Lee – Paramedic & Resuscitation Specialist

With over 23 years’ experience as a Paramedic, including 17 years on the full-time frontline, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role he undertakes. Alongside his extensive NHS work, he has served as a Resuscitation Practitioner and worked in the private sector providing event medical services, with a strong focus on Motorsport and Equestrian events.

A passionate and highly experienced educator, Lee has been teaching for over 30 years, delivering training in everything from basic first aid to advanced resuscitation for Paramedics, Doctors, and Nurses.

He is a Resuscitation Council UK Instructor for:

  • Advanced Life Support (ALS)

  • Immediate Life Support (ILS)

  • Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS)

Fully registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), Lee also holds a Motorsport UK Paramedic licence under the FIA.

Claire  - State Registered Paramedic | Lead Resuscitation Practitioner | Advanced Life Support Instructor

With over 20 years of experience as a Paramedic — including 15 years on the full-time frontline — Claire brings a wealth of clinical expertise, leadership, and teaching excellence to every role she undertakes.

Currently serving as a Lead Resuscitation Practitioner within the NHS, Claire specialises in advanced life support, clinical education, and improving outcomes for critically ill patients. Alongside her NHS work, she has extensive experience in the private sector, providing event medical cover at motorsport, sporting, and festival events.

A passionate and highly skilled educator, Claire holds a Level 5 Diploma in Teaching and has been delivering training for many years — from basic first aid to advanced resuscitation — to healthcare professionals including Paramedics, Doctors, and Nurses.

Claire is an Instructor and Course Director for the Resuscitation Council UK in:

  • Adult Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Paediatric Basic Life Support (PBLS)
  • Adult Immediate Life Support (ILS)
  • Paediatric Immediate Life Support (PILS)
  • Adult Advanced Life Support (ALS) – Course Director
  • ILSi Instructor

She is also a Provider in:

  • European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS)
  • Neonatal Life Support (NLS)
